How to Best Use Each

Custom reusable bags make for excellent promotional products that effectively get the word out about your brand. However, with so many material options and bag designs, finding the right combination can be tricky. Last week, we examined the different reusable bag materials available. Today, we are going to explain how to best use each material to create the perfect reusable bag.

Woven Polypropylene

Woven polypropylene is durable, making it a great option for larger bags intended to carry a lot of items or a heavy load. The material comes in a variety of colors and the surface accepts most types of printing for versatile uses.

Non-Woven Polypropylene

Non-woven polypropylene is a great option for bags that will be used often or used to carry heavy loads. Reusable grocery bags made from non-woven polypropylene can easily stand up to regular use and are able to withstand all the fixings for a holiday meal with ease.

The smooth surface of non-woven polypropylene beautifully accepts full-color printing, making this a great option to communicate your message. Full-color printing can display eye-catching artwork or it can be used to print a design that features a lot of words or images.

RPET

The heavy-duty quality of RPET makes it a great option for bags that will be used day in and day out. Bags made from RPET are water-resistant, making them great for grocery bags. The diverse lineup of material colors provides a lot of options, while the surface nicely accepts different printing methods.

Cotton Canvas

Cotton bags can handle regular use, but they also wear nicely over time and become worn in. Reusable cotton bags can be cleaned in a washing machine and line dried to extend their usefulness.

Natural Jute

What draws most people to natural jute in the appearance. The rustic look of the woven fibers gives the bags a natural look, but this natural fiber still delivers on the durability front. Typically, jute is used in a natural color, but this fabric does accept dying, like the gussets of these reusable bags, to offer a different look. Reusable jute bags accept printing, but due to the texture of the material surface, limited artwork or simple artwork, without intricate detail, is best.
