We offer two ways to order custom reusable bags. Each option provides the same quality of bags, but factors like timing and budget influence the final decision.
Our in-stock bags are completely assembled and ready to be customized. All you need to do is confirm the quantity and color of your bags and send us your custom artwork. We’ll print your artwork on these existing bags and send them to you. In-stock ordering allows for a quick turnaround, and bags usually ship in 10-15 days.
A perk of in-stock ordering is that we can support lower quantities. It’s typically a better deal to order a larger quantity, but that doesn’t always make the most sense. If you want a small amount for a special event or need your bags right away, then our in-stock ordering is usually the best option. In-stock ordering requires a minimum of 250 units.
When you use our custom and bulk ordering service, your bags are made to order. The significant advantage of custom and bulk ordering is that you can completely customize your bags. You can select one of our existing bag designs if you’d like, or you can create something unique. If you want to increase the capacity, or length of the handles, swap out the material, add pockets, or do just about anything, we can make it happen.
Bulk ordering your reusable bags provides a lower unit price to make the most of your marketing budget. As you increase the number of custom reusable bags in your order, the material costs also increase, but the labor costs stay relatively the same. These factors keep the price per unit low, so you can secure a better deal by increasing the quantity.
Our custom and bulk ordering option requires a minimum order of 1,000 units and takes 110-120 days.
We suggest ordering a large quantity so you can use our bulk and custom ordering service. Keeping the unit price low means these bags will deliver an even better return on investment. If you intend to hand the bags out at a trade show or event, reach out to the organizers to determine how many attendees are expected. This information can help you choose the quantity you’ll need.
Opt for a design not specific to the event to use your custom reusable bags for other purposes. For instance, if you plan to attend multiple events throughout the year, you can use the same bags as a takeaway. If you anticipate many of the same attendees at the events you have lined up, then you may want to create something unique for each event.
