If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund and cancellation policy.

What Can Be Returned?

Returns of new, undecorated, unopened items within 45 days of delivery for a refund less a 32% restocking fee. If 45 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened in the original packaging.

Certain goods are exempt from being returned or canceled.
These items include:

  • In-stock custom print orders cannot be returned once received, or canceled once the product has been printed.
  • “Custom/Bulk” (aka, Overseas) orders cannot be returned or canceled once a payment or purchase order has been received.

How Do I Initiate a Refund?

Please email beth@factorydirectpromos.com and describe, to the best of your ability, the reason for return. Please include the invoice number in your email. Once we have reviewed your return request we’ll provide instructions accordingly. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged for the same item(s), to see if you qualify send us an email to: beth@factorydirectpromos.com.
